TERMS OF SALE

The owner of the online store Hansa Esthetics e-shop (hereinafter the Online Store) is Hansa Medical (registry code 10484631),

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

Prices for products sold in the Online Store are listed next to each product. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
A delivery fee will be added to the price, which depends on the selected delivery method and destination country.
The delivery fee is displayed during the checkout process before payment is made.

Information regarding product characteristics, quantities, and intended use is provided separately for each product in the Online Store.

Placing an Order and Payment

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method.
The total amount due will then be displayed, which can be securely paid using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, etc.)

  • Finnish bank links

  • Latvian and Lithuanian bank links

  • Visa / Mastercard card payments

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Pay later solutions (e.g., ESTO, Montonio, etc., if activated)

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS.
Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – via bank link in the respective bank’s secure environment and for card payments in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS.
The Seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details.

The sales agreement enters into force from the moment the total amount due has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered (e.g., due to the product being out of stock), the buyer will be notified immediately and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

Delivery

Goods are delivered to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.

Delivery methods:

  • Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal

  • Goods can be picked up by prior agreement (Kadaka tee 131/5, Tallinn)

The shipping cost for the goods is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer within 2–5 business days after the sales agreement has entered into force.
Delivery outside Estonia generally takes place within 5–10 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the goods, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

The returned product must not have been used in any way other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning in a manner permitted in a physical store.
If the product has been used or is damaged, the Online Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product.

The application must be sent to the e-mail address info@hansaesthetics.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance of the product (wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier.

The Online Store will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.
The Online Store may refuse to make a refund until the returned product has been received back or until the buyer has proven that they have sent it back.

If the buyer has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard one, the Online Store is not obliged to compensate for this additional cost.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of the goods if the price of the product was marked significantly below the market price due to an error.

Right to File a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract that appears within two years after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
During the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the seller’s responsibility.

In the event of a defect, the buyer must notify the Online Store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@hansaesthetics.eu.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods were delivered to the buyer.
In the case of a defective product, the Online Store will repair or replace the product, and if necessary, refund all fees associated with the sales agreement.

Complaints will be answered in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data to process the order and deliver the goods.
Data is only transferred to partners responsible for payments and deliveries (Maksekeskus AS, Itella, Omniva, DPD, etc.).

Newsletters and special offers are only sent if the buyer has given their consent.
The buyer has the right to opt out of the newsletter at any time by following the instructions in the e-mail or by sending a notice to info@hansaesthetics.eu.

Settlement of Disputes

Please send all claims and questions to the e-mail address info@hansaesthetics.eu.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.ttja.ee).
Proceedings in the committee are free of charge.
