Hansa Medical OÜ may process the following data:

Personal data is processed to fulfill the sales contract concluded with the customer, to ensure customer service, and to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., accounting, resolution of consumer disputes).

order management and delivery of goods;
refunding payments (e.g., in case of withdrawal);
gaining insights into purchase history and preferences to improve the product range and service;
improving the quality of customer communication and resolving issues;
sending marketing and campaign offers (only with consent).
Transfer of personal data to authorized processors
Hansa Medical OÜ stores and processes customer data confidentially and transfers it to third parties only if it is:
necessary for providing the service (e.g., logistics, payment solutions, accounting);
with the customer’s prior consent;
or due to a legal obligation.
Payment solutions:
Online store payments are facilitated by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce).
Personal data necessary for processing payments (e.g., name, payment amount, and contact details) is transferred to Maksekeskus.
Logistics partners:
Necessary data (name, phone, address) is transferred to the respective service providers for the delivery of goods:
Itella SmartPOST, Omniva, DPD, or another logistics partner chosen by the customer.
All authorized processors are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of personal data.
Data security and access
The online store uses physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect data from accidental or intentional destruction, modification, or unauthorized access.
Accessing and correcting personal data
Customers can view and change the data stored in their online store account through account management.
If a purchase was made as a guest (without an account), accessing and correcting data is possible by sending a corresponding request to the email address info@hansaesthetics.eu
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the buyer’s personal data to process the order and deliver the goods.
Data is only transferred to partners responsible for payments and deliveries (Maksekeskus AS, Itella, Omniva, DPD, etc.).
Newsletters and special offers are sent only if the buyer has given their consent.
The buyer has the right to opt out of the newsletter at any time by following the instructions in the email or by sending a notice to info@hansaesthetics.eu.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data is based on the customer’s consent (e.g., direct marketing), the customer has the right to withdraw that consent at any time by sending a written application to the address
Data retention
When a customer account is closed, the data is deleted unless its retention is required by law.
Data related to payments and consumer disputes is retained until the claim is satisfied or for 3 years until the end of the limitation period.
Accounting data is retained for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
Deletion of data
To delete personal data, a request must be submitted to info@hansaesthetics.eu.
Data will be deleted as soon as its retention is no longer required by law and is not related to ongoing disputes.
Direct marketing and newsletters
The email address is used to send newsletters and offers only if the customer has given prior consent.
The customer may opt out of marketing emails at any time by:
clicking the “unsubscribe” or “remove from list” link at the end of the email, or
sending an email to info@hansaesthetics.eu.
